Rebuilding Hope 2020

In November 2010, the Board of Directors for Hope for Haiti’s Children adopted a long-term plan entitled Rebuilding Hope 2020 with the ultimate goal of providing a comprehensive and sustainable infrastructure to continually develop outstanding leaders. RH2020 programs focus on the nurturing of the orphans in our care, building & strengthening our ten sponsored schools, and training high-acheiving young adults in building model sustainable communities. The complete cost to implement this 10-year plan is $5M -- $500,000 annually. Thanks to HFHC’s Rebuilding Hope financial partners, we have exceeded the annual goals. Eighty-nine (89) cents of every dollar went directly to fund the projects and programs.

ORPHAN CARE SUNDAY

2014 Goal: $50,000

CURRENT: $26,267

$0

The Orphan Care Sunday event invites your entire congregation, a Sunday School class or a Small Group to gather together for a simple inexpensive meal (such as rice & beans) rather than eating out for your Sunday meal. Participants would then contribute the savings for use at the orphanages. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to share a meal, pray for the fatherless and respond immediately to their needs.

Event materials and promotional posters are available here.
